We are seeking a career focused,detail oriented Buyer to work in our clients warehouse located in Yuba City. The Buyer is responsible for purchasing packaging materials and supplies for our clients facility in production and warehouse operations. This role ensures timely delivery, competitive pricing, and adherence to quality standards while supporting planning, packaging, and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase and manage packaging materials to meet production schedules.
Negotiate pricing and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Track orders, manage purchase documentation, and resolve invoice issues.
Maintain accurate records in the purchasing system and support inventory control.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of purchasing or materials management experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
