TPG has exciting Customer Service Representative positions with a well-established and stable company health service organization in the Pleasant Hill area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-supported customer service, with strong skills in handling challenging customer situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality customer support
Handle escalated or challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism
Update and maintain customer account information accurately
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner
Ensure all customer interactions are documented and follow company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of phone-supported customer service experience
Proven ability to manage difficult customers calmly and effectively
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent typing\data entry accuracy
Experience in a healthcare or service-related environment preferred but not required
