Job Description


The Plus Group is recruiting for an AP Clerk to work at a Manufacturing Facility in Yuba City, CA!

The position is Temporary position for about 2 months Mon-Fri 7:30am- 4:30pm. Pay is $21/hr.

Duties:

  • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information

  • Print invoices from shared AP email

  • Mail sorting

  • Match packing slips to invoices

  • Filing

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.

  • Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.

  • Maintain Vendor files with monthly invoices and copies of payments made.

  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1 year experience in AP

  • Microsoft Excel Knowledge

  • Cleared background screen
